**Your role and responsibilities**
Quote‑to‑Cash Transaction Processing Specialist (1 year Fixed‑Term)
The Q2C Transaction Processing Specialist role is a 1‑year fixed‑term position focused on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant transactional support across the Q2C cycle. This role is responsible for executing a wide range of administrative and transactional activities across multiple IBM systems, aligned with the assigned territory and business unit.
Key responsibilities include the preparation of proposals and quotations, contract and order registration, initiating billing activities, and addressing client disputes with professionalism and responsiveness. The individual is expected to ensure that all transactional inputs comply with IBM’s Firm Order Policy and business controls guidelines.
The role also involves performing data analysis to support the execution of specific contracts and transactions—such as invoice checks, product reconciliation, and billing validation—leveraging existing reports and tools. The individual is encouraged to actively use available AI technologies to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and overall analytical capability.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders is essential. The individual is expected to contribute towards achieving team and organizational KPIs, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

**Preferred technical and professional experience**
1. Strong English communication skills
2. Experience in contract management and invoicing-related tasks
3. Knowledge of finance and accounting
4. Experience using SAP (including contract registration, order processing, invoicing, and financial & accounting activities)
