As a Data Operations Associate in Complex Product, you play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to uncover patterns and drive solutions. You apply technical knowledge and problem-solving skills across multiple applications, supporting the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards. You enable Operations Management to execute strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with controls, policies, and procedures. In this role, you collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver insights that inform decision making.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Five years of experience delivering data-driven problem solving or equivalent experienceProficient Python developer with strong understanding of data structures, control flow, functions, and file handlingProven ability to gather and analyze complex data and support the development of accurate conclusionsExperience building graphical visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence toolsExperience using at least one data technology tool and understanding relational database systemsIntermediate Microsoft Office suite experience
