**Job Summary** The Technical Lead role is pivotal in driving the success of our Cards & Payments projects. With a focus on Python AWS Services and Spark the candidate will lead technical initiatives ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience offering the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that enhance our services in the Cards & Payments domain. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Python AWS Services and Spark to enhance the Cards & Payments systems. + Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems to improve efficiency and performance. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. + Analyze and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations. + Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement. + Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring and proactive adjustments. + Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies. + Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. + Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives to support business growth. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in Python with a proven track record of developing robust applications. + Demonstrate proficiency in AWS Services including deployment and management of cloud-based solutions. + Have extensive experience with Spark for data processing and analytics. + Exhibit deep understanding of the Cards & Payments domain with practical experience in related projects. + Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. + Display strong communication skills capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences. + Be adaptable to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.
