PXT Finance Business Management Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate in the PXT CFO and COO Business Management team, you will play a key role in setting the strategic agenda for the PXT Finance & Business Management (F&BM) leadership team. You will support communications efforts, including writing LinkedIn posts, crafting content for quarterly Townhalls and Leadership team onsites, and managing headcount and financials for both the CFO and COO functions. Your skills with being a self-starter, attentive to detail, creative thinker, and having excellent written communication skills will be essential as this role will focus on executive reporting. You will act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. Your role as a business manager is dynamic and can vary in line with the priorities of the PXT F&BM team. **Job responsibilities** + Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, executive reporting, presentation development, and business analysis + Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques + Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications content + Support communications efforts, including writing LinkedIn posts and crafting content for quarterly Townhalls and Leadership team onsites + Manage headcount and financials for both CFO and COO functions, focusing on accuracy and executive-level reporting + Manage projects and deliver key work streams and tasks, supporting the strategic agenda for the PXT F&BM leadership team and communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps + Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls + Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework + Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions + Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint + Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes **Required qualifications, capabilities and skills** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area + 4+ years of experience in Business Management or COO role + Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) + Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders + Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda + Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with attention to detail + Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions + Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence + Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a particular focus on executive communications + Strong time management and prioritization skills + Willingness to think creatively and proactively contribute ideas to improve business processes **Additional Information** Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are not able to provide immigration sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
