The Lifecycle Services Sales Manager's main responsibility will be to lead and support growth initiatives for Guardian Solutions across Europe. From this position, you will promote service portfolio adoption through customer engagement, internal training, and collaboration with country sales teams.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Advocate for Lifecycle Services and Guardian Solutions to collaborators within the organization and external interested parties.
+ Share and implement the standards in service sales across European teams.
+ Mentor local sales and service teams to deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions.
+ Identify and support new business opportunities with Field Sales Offices.
+ Supervise market trends and align offerings with customer needs.
+ Use and improve sales management processes to track service opportunities.
+ Increase service awareness through effective communication.
+ Represent the company at customer meetings, events, and trade shows.
+ Improve tools and programs for selling Lifecycle Services and Guardian Solutions portfolio.
+ Collaborate with European and global Guardian Solutions teams and Centers of Excellence.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
+ Power industry proficiency and application knowledge are required, with at least 5 years.
+ Proven experience in sales within the service industry for over 3 years.
+ Good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
+ English proficiency required.
+ Experience leading initiatives and process improvements.
+ Willingness to travel frequently in Europe (up to 50%), occasionally globally
