Collins Aerospace, Digital Technology, is hiring a Systems Administrator for our Secure Labs support team.  A minimum Collateral Secret is required.  Qualified candidates should have a passion for technology and be excited about finding new ways to add value to our business.

** This position is onsite in Richardson, TX. **

What YOU will do:

You will work with one or more of the following technologies: Virtualization, Servers, Clients, Networking, Storage, Backup

You will develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001

You will partner with responsible organizations (Cyber, Industrial Security, DT leadership, etc.) to coordinate external audits by regulatory bodies and third-party assessors, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely and accurate information is provided

You will support investigations and respond to compliance-related incidents, working to determine the root cause, mitigate the impact, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences for IT systems, assets, and processes

You will participate in the improvement of internal processes utilizing RTX’s CORE principles

You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support the projects you are assigned

You will provide support for the Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams

Qualifications You Must Have:

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Ability to obtain an Active Secret clearance at a minimum.

Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Background with IT asset management and system administration

Experience supporting technology in a professional environment, secure environment experience

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
