Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
As a Senior Associate in SAP FICO, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end financial and controlling solutions using SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support client engagements, and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules. This role demands both functional expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules including:General Ledger (FI-GL)Accounts Payable (FI-AP)Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)Asset Accounting (FI-AA)Controlling (CO-OM, CO-PA)Profit Center and Cost Center AccountingMargin Analysis and Material LedgerCustomize SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules based on client requirements.Conduct gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support technical teams in development.Participate in data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live support.Provide training and documentation for key users and end-users.Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and recommend best practices.Stay updated on SAP innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation or support.Experience with SAP S/4HANA is essential, including knowledge of new functionalities and Fiori apps.Familiarity with the differences between ECC and S/4HANA environments.Strong understanding of financial processes and integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, RE-FX, etc.).Basic understanding of extensibility options and GAP development in S/4HANAEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
