**Description:**
You will be the PWB Fabricator for the Missiles and Fire Control Team\. Our team is responsible for performing a variety of complex, high dexterity, precision processes to fabricate bare \(non\-populated\) Printed Wiring Boards \(PWB's/PCB's\) and related items\.

As the PWB Fabricator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Primary processes that will be performed by the technician include but are not limited:
• Imaging, Etching, and Plating to create precise
board designs
• Drill/Rout and Solder Mask/Legend Application
to ensure seamless functionality
• Final Touch and Electrical Testing to guarantee
quality and performance
• Documentation to maintain meticulous records
of your work

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Read or interpret printed wiring board
drawings, specifications, illustrations and
planning operations, with guidance, as
necessary\.
• Handle, mix, and dispense PWB process
chemicals required to perform chemical bath
make up maintenance, masking, or adhesive
operations with guidance, as necessary\.
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools
that will be used to aid in the set\-up / tear down
of processes and their maintenance schedules\.
• Primary processes that will be performed by
the technician include but are not limited to
performing one or more operations in the
functional areas of Imaging, Etching, Plating,
Drill/Rout, Solder Mask/Legend Application, Final Touch, Electrical Testing Documentation\. •
Perform the following support functions
necessary for material preparation including but
not limited to, shearing, cleaning, deburring,
scrubbing, punching, stripping, baking, marking,
and ability to understand basic chemical
compatibility with guidance as necessary\.
• Refer questions to Lead, or Supervision as
required\.
• Keep associated work areas clean and orderly\.
• High school degree or equivalent\. Zero \(0\) to
twelve \(12\) months experience\.
**Desired Skills:**
Experience in the following processes: Resist
coating, imaging, copper etching, resist
stripping, solder mask, drill & rout

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
