About this Role:
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to join our team developing and improving product designs to support advanced emerging programs. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design team developing electronic systems for Space Applications.
Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible for developing new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be proficient in specifying the appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements and environments. The individual should be knowledgeable in IPC standards, supplier PWB/PWA/Flex fabrication techniques and controlled impedance path layouts.

Qualifications
3 years of experience in PWB/PWA/Flex layoutExperience in the layout of High density printed circuit boards with Cadence/Allegro productsControlled track impedance, RF PWB, and guard track layout experienceAllegro PWB designer experienceCreate and maintain component librariesExperienced in footprint generation.Active security clearance is preferred, eligibility for clearance is required.Education Requirements: AS degree in PWB design or equivalent.
