This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design team developing electronic systems for Space Applications\. **Responsibilities:** The individual will be responsible for developing new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware\. The individual should be proficient in specifying the appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements and environments\. The individual should be knowledgeable in IPC standards, supplier PWB/PWA/Flex fabrication techniques and controlled impedance path layouts\. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** + 3 years of experience in PWB/PWA/Flex layout + Experience in the layout of High density printed circuit boards with Cadence/Allegro products + Controlled track impedance, RF PWB, and guard track layout experience + Allegro PWB designer experience + Create and maintain component libraries + Experienced in footprint generation\. + Active security clearance is preferred, eligibility for clearance is required\. + Education Requirements: AS degree in PWB design or equivalent\. **How We Care** At Textron Systems, our talented people make us successful\.
