As an **PVT Product Engineer** **Ford Champ,** you will be embedded within a Vehicle Assembly Plant, working closely with the production team and under the direct mentorship of experienced PVT Product Engineers. This unique position provides an immersive learning environment where you will gain practical experience in ensuring product quality and supporting engineering changes for current and past model vehicles. You will learn to identify, analyze, and support the resolution of product-related concerns directly from the assembly line and the field. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about understanding vehicle systems, problem-solving, and contributing to continuous product improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. **What you´ll do:** + **Product Quality & Issue Resolution:** Analyzing customer and plant data to prioritize and resolve design-related quality issues, applying engineering tools for root cause analysis, and developing cost-effective design solutions and containment plans. + **Engineering Change Management:** Supporting the review, approval, implementation, and validation of product deviations and engineering changes, including documentation and communication of manufacturing constraints. + **Launch Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Assisting with vehicle launches, Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance, participating in variability reduction, and engaging in cross-functional meetings to communicate quality concerns, lessons learned, and service-related issues. **What you´ll need:** + Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or a closely related Engineering discipline + 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening) + Strong analytical and communication skills. + Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components' functions. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Eagerness to learn and a strong desire to improve product quality for the customer. + Proactive attitude with an ability to take initiative and contribute to problem-solving. + Capacity to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate positively to solve complex challenges. **Requisition ID** : 50539
