Job Description

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in renewable energy or a related field
Mission

To successfully deliver PV plant construction projects that meet customer needs, contribute to renewable energy goals, and drive sustainable development.
Key tasksOverseeing the construction of the PV plant, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetManaging and coordinating the activities of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsuring compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standardsConducting site inspections and monitoring progress, quality, and safetyCoordinating with stakeholders, including project developers, EPC contractors, and local authoritiesManaging and resolving technical issues and construction delaysEnsuring that the PV plant is constructed to meet performance and quality standardsCollaborating with the project team to ensure successful project deliveryManaging and controlling project costs, schedules, and resourcesEnsuring effective communication and stakeholder management

Technical

Knowledge of PV plant design and constructionExperience with project management software and toolsUnderstanding of electrical and civil engineering principlesFamiliarity with safety and quality management systemsKnowledge of Zambian regulations and standards
