Rotation: 56/28 or 90/30 depending on nationality

About the Role

We’re hiring a Purser to join our offshore team. In this role, you’ll manage crew logistics, coordinate personnel movements, maintain documentation, and support daily offshore administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities Manage crew changes and maintain the vessel roster.  Coordinate helicopter and boat transfers. Check pre?embarkation documents and prepare crew lists. Issue ISPS?compliant badges.  Prepare daily POB, muster lists, work/rest hours, and meal reports. Handle attendance, overtime, and absences. Manage cash advances with the Master. Coordinate accommodation, meals, and locker assignments.  Arrange hotels, transportation, and assist with immigration formalities. Support training and certificate tracking. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Minimum 2 years onboard purser or relevant admin/logistics experience. Experience in Oil & Gas. Document control and good computer skills. Intermediate English. 

Nice to Have: Offshore exposure, experience with training matrices, POB reporting, and travel logistics.
