Certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.\n• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in procurement and planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in a demand-driven environment.\n• Experience in managing the procurement of raw materials, components, and managing stock and make orders.\n• Proficiency in ERP and planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar).\n• Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and material handling in a production environment.\nSkills:\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.\n• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.\n• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.\n• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.\n• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
