Description of Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the receiving and storekeeping teams.
• Ensure all goods received are checked for quantity, quality, and compliance with purchase orders.
• Oversee the proper storage, tagging, and issuance of goods, ensuring hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all items.
• Conduct regular spot checks, stock takes, and variance analysis; report discrepancies to management.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and cost reports.
• Liaise with purchasing, F&B, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Monitor and control slow-moving and obsolete stock, recommending actions to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations in all storage and receiving areas.
• Uphold confidentiality of company, guest, and associate information.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.
• Act as a brand ambassador, modeling the company’s culture, vision, and values at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, adapting to business needs.
