About the Team:

We are looking for a new candidate for the position of Purchasing Specialist within Aftermarket Division in our Istanbul, Sultanbeyli location.

 

What you can look forward to as Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d):

Supports the regional buyer and the team in the daily business with executing purchasing-relevant communication with suppliers, evaluating and re-negotiate quotations for final decision with the regional buyer, Analysis of offers received and benchmarks, setup & maintenance of relevant ERP Systems (SAP, BPCS, Navision) and maintenance of supplier master data, Support and create global coordination with team from various regions on topics such as the standardization of sources, conditions, developments, minimum quantities, Regular reporting of supplier evaluations from various ZF tools, analysis of results, and request of improvement measures in coordination with expert departments, Prepare and follow up on supplier visits, also with personal participation in coordination with superiors.

 

Your profile as Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d):

University degree, Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing/ supplier development/supply chain positions and preferably in the IAM/automotive spare parts sector, Experienced in Power BI and excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), Strong negotiation skills, resilience and assertiveness, Upper -intermediate English and Turkish speaking is must, German is a plus, Driving license,  Additionally: for male candidates military duty should be completed.
