Job Family Summary:
This role falls under the job family of Purchasing Brand Building. As a member of this job family, y ou will be responsible for executing sourcing strategy with excellence, ensuring that all processes are compliant and efficient, while delivering best total value to the business. This role requires a strong focus on digital tools, data accuracy, and collaborative support for internal brand building teams and external vendors. It involves leading digitization efforts across the Sourcing to payment value chain.
Job Description:
This role in the Purchasing Market Operations team is an entry-level role that supports the execution of purchasing strategies. The individual will be involved in various aspects of purchasing operations, from supplier selection to contract negotiation.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing and Process Management:
+ Execute sourcing strategies for brand-building services, including digital advertising, content creation, and social media management.
+ Review & process purchase requisitions
+ Manage and maintain the vendor database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
+ Implement and monitor operational purchasing policies and procedures.
Digital Expertise and Analytics:
+ Leverage digital tools and data analytics to streamline workflows, track vendor performance, and generate actionable insights.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and leverage systems to track key data points related to marketing services.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for routine communication with agencies, freelancers, and other vendors.
+ Liaise with internal marketing and finance teams to address operational purchasing-related inquiries/issues
+ Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with vendor partners.
Risk and Compliance:
+ Ensuring all agreements and supporting documents are properly executed and stored
+ Ensure all daily purchasing activities adhere to company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
+ Identify and report on any purchase-related issues or compliance risks

Job Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 1–3 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or operations role, preferably with exposure to digital or marketing services.
+ Proficiency in using digital tools and procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other ERP systems).
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
