RPA & AI Specialist: + Manages and executes internal RPA & AI projects in NPM Purchasing + New business & process development - identify, build, map, re-engineer + Analyze / understand business processes from workflow diagrams and suggest improvements using RPA solutions & AI solutions + Problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of RPA & AI and provide timely responses and solutions as required + Deliver complex projects on time and possess a strong background in project management + Document any Changes or new RPA & AI projects + Align regional RPA & AI activities with global Processes & Systems team + Work in global automation projects representing the regional perspective + Speak English fluently + Good communication skills - both verbal and in writing + Familiar with Technical programming skills + Exceptional ability to analyze complex requirements + Ability to work with a project team (project leadership preferred) + RPA (BOT) knowledge & RPA testing experience + Manages project financials including business impact + Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for team members Hybrid Model Pronto para dirigir com a Continental?
