**Responsbilities:** + Compliance with Six Senses and IHG systems, purchasing policy service, safety, and hygiene standards including HACCP, ISO, and VIETGAP. + Maintain professionalism and effective communication across all departments heads to define product needs and sourcing strategies. + Obtain competitive quotes for major purchases and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and local sourcing. + Manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and maintain up-to-date supplier records. Coordinate logistics from mainland cities for timely delivery of goods. + Oversee customs, import duties, and government inspections for applicable goods. + Conduct market visits, monitor trends, and adjust procurement strategies accordingly. + Provide feedback and support to improve procurement processes and cost controls. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree required. + Three years or more of years in a purchasing department in a managerial role. + Mastering purchasing & inventory systems/software. + Product knowledge & Alternatives. + Knowledge of regional/ province markets & traders. + Teamwork techniques and Can-do attitude. + Analytical and problem-solving skills. + Good English communication. + Always lead the full support **_This position is open for Vietnamese candidates only!_** Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
