**Position Purpose**
The Purchasing Intern will support the Finance team in monitoring maintenance contracts, verifying purchasing documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between properties and the Cluster office\.
**Duties & Key Responsibilities**
• Assist in reviewing and monitoring maintenance contracts and related operational documents across all properties\.
• Support in checking and verifying delivery notes and receiving documents submitted by properties to the Cluster\.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing in compliance with company policies\.
• The Management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary, at any point of time during her / his employment
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned\.
• Basic computer skills \(MS Word, Excel, Outlook\)\.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy\.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self\-motivation, and proactive learning attitude\.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with all levels of team members\.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written\.
• Basic numerical and computational ability\.
**Qualification**
University student or recent graduate majoring in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields\.
