**Purchasing Intern**
We are looking for a motivated **Intern** to join our **Purchasing** team. This role offers hands on exposure to purchasing and supply chain operations and is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to build a foundation in procurement, logistics, and cross functional collaboration.
**What You Will Do**
As a Purchasing Intern, you will support day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities, including but not limited to:
+ Assisting with material procurement and supplier coordination
+ Supporting inventory tracking and control activities
+ Helping with purchase planning and material availability checks
+ Collaborating with internal teams such as Operations, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow
+ Assisting in maintaining and tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) related to purchasing and Vendor delivery performance (OTIF)
+ Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing material movement and process efficiency
+ Helping communicate customer needs and requirements across the organization to ensure alignment

+ End-to-end exposure to purchasing processes
+ How integrated processes work across internal functions and external suppliers
+ Practical experience with standard procedures, systems, and reporting
+ How performance is measured and improved in a supply chain environment
**What** **We** **Are** **Looking** **For**
+ Minimum academic requirements: students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field)
+ Commitment to a 6-month, flexible program, minimum 20 hours/week
+ Language requirement: fluent in English
+ Must be eligible to work legally in Poland
+ Basic analytical skills and ability to make simple, well reasoned judgments in straightforward situations
+ Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
+ Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools is an advantage
+ No prior work experience required — training will be provided
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
