Purchasing & Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment. As a Purchasing & Customer Service Officer for one of ATI’s clients, you will play a key role in managing procurement-related administrative tasks while ensuring excellent service delivery to both suppliers and internal stakeholders.

You will handle purchase orders, supplier coordination, and invoice processing, while also addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accuracy. Success in this role means meeting SLAs and exceeding performance expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

Process purchase orders and supplier payments using the company’s procurement or accounting software. Coordinate and reconcile supplier invoices and delivery confirmations in the client’s internal system. Carefully follow purchasing procedures and pre-established guidelines to complete assigned tasks. Ensure all procurement activities meet or exceed the team’s minimum quality and accuracy standards. Report any supplier issues, delivery delays, or system limitations to your direct supervisor.
