Manage ordering inventory, source products with new vendors, place orders, record orders. 2. Set and maintain appropriate min/max levels of supplies for all sites. 3. Act as resource person to staff with inventory related questions. 4. Perform weekly cycle counts of products. 5. Run reports for clinic inventory tracking. 6. Organize inventory at both Admin and Inventory Warehouse including transferring of stock between both sites as needed 7. Pull, package, and input orders into database for site delivery. 8. Responsible for maintaining a warehouse that is organized and functional 9. Maintain good attendance, is punctual and works full scheduled shift is a condition of employment. 10. Demonstrate respectful, professional, and appropriate behavior that supports a team-oriented work environment. 11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Attend staff meetings, in-service meetings and participate in agency committees and task force activities as required. 2. Facilitate communication to staff regarding procedure changes. 3. Responsible for updating and maintaining all training material and procedures related to the procurement process. 4.
