Job Description:\nThey have very large Purchase Orders. They only have around 20 a day but those could each come with 100-150 lines. This is all manual entry as well so it does move slowly.\nThis client seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinators to join our team. These roles are crucial for ensuring accurate and timely entry of purchase orders and adherence to standard work procedures. They are currently going through an ERP implementation and have a backlog of Purchase Orders that need to be entered. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnter purchase orders accurately and efficiently.\nFollow standard work procedures and guidelines.\nUtilize Excel and Outlook for data entry and communication.\nCommunicate effectively via phone and email.\nMaintain attention to detail and ensure data accuracy.\nMultitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.\nExhibit a driven attitude and a strong work ethic.\n\nAdditional Information:\nCandidates must wear casual, closed-toe shoes and have steel toe shoes available for manufacturing floor access.

Must Have:\n-Inventory purchasing – have a good understanding of inventory and how to manage\n-experience with Purchase Requisitions \n- Any ERP experience\n-Strong Communication skills – being able to communicate with both internal and external (suppliers) customers with updates on orders, issues, and making sure that everyone follows current processes that are in place. Not afraid to hold individuals accountable\n\nPersonality Traits\n- Prompt/On time\n- Attention to detail\n- Hard worker\n- Self starter

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
