Purchasing Coordinator
Job Title: Purchasing CoordinatorJob Description Join our dynamic team as a Purchasing Coordinator, where you will work closely with the purchasing department to ensure the smooth execution of purchase orders. This role involves handling various administrative duties and utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Office and SAP. Responsibilities + Collaborate with the purchasing department to close out purchase orders within SAP. + Perform Excel-based tasks and other administrative duties as required. + Provide administrative support to the purchasing team. + Engage in data entry and maintain accurate records. + Assist with customer service inquiries related to purchasing. Essential Skills + Proficiency in purchasing and data entry. + Experience with purchase order processing and administrative support. + Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel. + Ability to provide excellent customer service. + Familiarity with SAP software. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1-2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. + Experience with SAP is preferred. Work Environment The position is based at our headquarters in Vernon. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on collaboration and efficiency. Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Vernon, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
