What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and controlling stock levelsConducting regular stock takes and identifying variancesNegotiating prices and maintaining relationships with suppliersRaising and processing purchase ordersTracking lead times and managing call-off ordersMonitoring minimum order quantities and contract termsWorking with Sage and Excel to maintain accurate recordsSupporting the team with general procurement and technical stock management tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a purchasing, stock control, or supply chain roleConfident using Excel (formulas, data entry) and ideally SageA technically minded approach – able to understand product specs and stock requirementsStrong negotiation and communication skillsHighly organised with a keen eye for detail
