Job DescriptionSAP system related task, e.g. create SA & PO, PO signature, parameter update in SAPSRM maintenance, e.g. upload contracts and insurance, create new vendor code, update bank account, new plant extension etc.Contract management, e.g. APN price contract, MYC contracts creation and documentationPilum-RMI maintenanceReportingAdministration, e.g. Internal / external coordination, organize workshop & meetings etc.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor ’s degree or abovePro-active, process-oriented, structured working, self-organized, team playerFluent English in speaking and written, German or Japanese is plusGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, experience with SAP is plus
