Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Purchasing
Maintain vendor packets and qualificationsRequests for pricing, load price changesRevising/updating features listsUpdating projects vendor listsPricing and distributing design changesKeeping all plans updated and in stockNew project product bindersKeep the office organizedCoordinate all paperwork for vendorsProcess purchase orders, change orders and notices to proceedCreate and maintain contract filesResearch invoice or purchase order issues as neededPrepare bid packagesPermittingPrepare and submit plot plans, zoning applications, and building permits through various municipalities based on construction deadlinesPrepare and submit check requests, payments for permits, water and sewer taps, and impact fees timelyServe as designated Division contact for permit and/or other issues and respond promptlyMaintain a professional and courteous relationship with municipality departments and staff membersRecord building permit information into JD Edwards (JDE) to maintain the construction scheduling softwareD.R.
