What You’ll Do:

As a member of our procurement team, you’ll help ensure that our purchasing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Purchase Order Management: Create and process purchase orders, verify accuracy, and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment. Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, confirm delivery schedules, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and help manage surplus or obsolete items. Documentation & Reporting: Keep procurement records organized and up to date, and assist in preparing reports and summaries. Policy & Compliance: Support adherence to procurement policies and assist with onboarding new vendors. Cost Awareness: Help identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain accurate vendor pricing catalogs. Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

 

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate or Bachelors degree a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn

 

The most competitive candidates will have:

Experience in procurement or a related administrative role is helpful Familiarity with procurement software is a bonus
