You enjoy working with others, are results driven and are looking for a variety of opportunities to develop personally and professionally. **Qualifications:** The Role The Purchasing Analyst will ensure the correct execution, follow-up, and control of corporate negotiations with suppliers, making sure that hotels comply with established commercial agreements. The Purchasing Analyst is a key link between the corporate procurement area, suppliers, and the hotels, ensuring that contracting, auditing, and monitoring processes are carried out under corporate guidelines, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include suppliers and contracts management. • Update supplier database • Use analytical tools, primarily Power BI • Execute audits to suppliers and vendors Experience Required: • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing areas, preferably in hotel chains. • Proven experience in: • Managing large-volume databases. • Information analysis and data organization. • Project coordination. • Use of BI tools (ideally Power BI). Experience Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering. • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, handling large volumes of data). • Power BI (basic data modeling, dashboard creation and maintenance, filters, slicers, etc.). • Preferred knowledge of Purchasing / Procurement ERPs (for example, BirchStreet, Oracle, SAP, or others). • Programming language knowledge is desirable.
