Purchasing Analyst

Job Overview
This role combines vendor risk and compliance management with strategic sourcing support. The candidate will manage vendor lifecycle processes, ensure SOP compliance, and drive reporting and process improvements. Additionally, the role requires strong analytical skills to extract and analyze spend data, support sourcing initiatives, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver cost-effective and compliant procurement solutions.

Essential Functions
Execute vendor risk assessments and maintain compliance with Global Procurement SOPs.
Manage onboarding, qualification, and Coupa supplier setup; handle ServiceNow procurement tickets.

Sourcing & Spend Analysis
Extract spend data from Accounts Payable and other sources; create spend reports and dashboards in Power BI.
Collect vendor spend files to establish baseline spend for key purchasing categories.
Support sourcing projects by identifying requirements, defining process steps, and preparing recommendations for purchasing management.

Process & Stakeholder Management
Drive Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay process improvements.
Collaborate with functional stakeholders and global sourcing teams on timelines, compliance, and project execution.
Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and provide ad hoc support for sourcing initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• 4–7 years’ experience in procurement, vendor risk, and sourcing.
Hands-on experience with MyVendor, Aravo, Coupa, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of S2P and P2P processes; ability to analyze spend and present actionable insights.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
