Job DescriptionWe are looking for our next Purchasing Analyst to join our team based in Peachtree City, Georgia.
You will be part of the team responsible for procuring and ensuring availability of aircraft spare parts in accordance to internal and external customer demands. Furthermore, be fully responsible for fulfillment of order on cost, time and quality.
This position currently has a hybrid work schedule which means, after initial training, you will work one week in the office and then one week from home.
Create purchase orders in a timely manner based on current demand requirements.Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order dates, shipment schedules, and track goods in transit to ensure on-time delivery to customers.Verify the accuracy of purchase order details—such as pricing, quantities, and certification documents—to prevent future processing delays.Develop and sustain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams; participate in supplier business reviews as needed.Communicate updates and changes effectively to both internal (COF, Planning) and external (suppliers) stakeholders.Update and maintain accurate data in SAP and other relevant information systems.Address and resolve supplier-related discrepancies and quality issues through effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is strongly preferred.2–3 years of professional experience in Supply Management and Purchasing Operations.Proficiency at an intermediate level or higher in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.Must meet the ITAR definition of a U.S. Person (e.g., U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or individual covered under an existing ITAR license).Additional InformationThis position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed.
