The right candidate will bid on new projects, maintain scopes of work, track blueprints and design changes, etc. This is an in-office position in our Sewickley location. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following: * Solicit bids * Pre-qualify subcontractors * Setup and monitor option costs and sales prices * Maintain and update current budgets * Spread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increases * Prepare direct cost analysis and variances for review * Input original Direct Costs budget * Execute lot starts and final proof all unit costs * Other duties as assigned *Supervisory Responsibilities* This job has no supervisory responsibilities. *Education and/or Experience* Bachelor's degree (B.
