Kforce has a client seeking for a Corporate Purchasing Agent in Miami Area. This role involves several key responsibilities. Firstly, the agent will be responsible for processing purchase requisitions in Oracle Purchasing based on internal requests. Once the requisitions are approved, the agent will convert them into purchase orders. Additionally, they will need to work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any discrepancies that may arise in orders or invoices. It is critical that the individual we select for this role is well-versed in Oracle Purchasing and can handle the entire process seamlessly. This will include managing the procurement cycle from requisition to payment, guaranteeing that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
