At Eurofins in Australia & New Zealand, our National Service Centre (NSC) Purchasing team plays a vital role in driving strategic procurement across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team and support our purchasing operations and initiatives.

Job Description

In this newly created role, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement function by:

Setting up and maintaining item and supplier master data in purchasing and financial systemsReviewing non-catalogue requisitions to ensure compliance with corporate policies and support strategic sourcingDelivering training sessions and responding to procurement-related queries from internal stakeholdersAnalysing procurement data to identify sourcing and cost-saving opportunities, and assisting in project managementSupporting the reporting of savings initiatives across Australia and New ZealandMaintaining the pricing database, including renewing and negotiating supplier pricing agreements

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups

Additional InformationFlexible work arrangements available (full-time or part-time, minimum 30 hours/week)Hybrid work model with at least 3 days per week in the office
