Summary: Seeking a Purchasing Admin to support the purchasing department by coordinating purchase transaction activities and ensuring procurement of goods and services.

Advanced Excel experience required: pivot tables, v-lookup, data manipulation

Detail-oriented to prevent errors in reporting

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum one year of relevant experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:

Process purchase order defers, expedites, cancellations

Run reports for unacknowledged orders and manage past due orders

Update purchase order data in supplier portal as needed

Communicate purchase order activities with internal teams and stakeholders

Coordinate daily supply chain email communications

Manage advanced shipping notification process

Interface with suppliers on purchase order activity and invoice processing

Update ERP system with purchase order information

Coordinate supplier receiving issues and returns



Pay Details: $15.00 to $21.00 per hour
