JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Run Open balance analysis on suspense accounts and liaise with relevant team for on time resolutionLead monthly payment controls and execution for all assigned payable accountsHold accountability on monthly accounts reconciliations for all assigned payable accountsPlay the role of first point of contact with suppliers for their queriesMaintain hygiene on all employee vendor accountsResponsible for all Prepayments and supplier advances and ensuring amortizations are run as per planLead the full month-end accrual process for assigned costsSupport team with quarterly Balance Sheet review and lead own areaManager any Ad-hoc requestSupport team with all statutory / internal auditsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Professional accounting qualification+3 Years of Experience in Accounting / FinancePrior experience with Controlling preferredExperience managing 3PSP (preferred but not necessary)Internal controls and process managementExperience in ERP systemsInformation ManagementExcellent communication skillsRegistered in SocpaSaudi NationalSkills
