Job DescriptionTake ownership of purchasing and warehouse processDrive cost savings in the purchase sphereIdentify alternative sources of materialsFollow min, max to ensure sufficient materials are available for the production continuityEnsure Inventory levels neither cross max nor goes below minAttending lab and red folder meetings to understand the lab requirements and customer order requirements to align purchase activityIn charge of the warehouse and receive all the materials physically and in AX/COUPA, store them in appropriate binsAlign with warehouse executive on the material issue processEnsure warehouse follows 5S process all the timeEnsure adequate controls and process in place for warehouse inventory integrityCycle counts and make sure there are no variances between system qty and physical qtySupport audits and need to learn ( if not already aware of ) forklift operationQualificationsAssociate/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2+ related experience
