General Summary

Oversees the provision of therapeutic, diagnostic and rehabilitative services in assigned clinical core area and shift. Ensures quality patient care, cost effectiveness and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provides clinical services to assigned patient care area. Serves as primary care provider in emergency/trauma areas. Introduces and demonstrates new techniques, procedures, protocols, equipment and research findings to the staff. Monitors clinical performance indicators. Acts or recommends action to improve performance in deficient areas. Completes a minimum of one (1) A3 Lean Process Improvement Project annually.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Associates Degree Required

Work Experience:

3 years Relevant experience. Required Supervisory experience. Preferred

Licenses:

Licensed Respiratory Therapist Upon Hire Required and Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
