Position Summary:
The IBP Strategic Data Analyst will manage and analyze SAP Master Data to ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency. The IBP Strategic Data Analyst will leverage data-driven insights and best practices to reduce costs, and support business growth initiatives for plant production of a quality, cost-effective product delivered to customers.
Essential Job Functions:
Prepare reports and analyze Sigma US Supply Chain operational results against historical and plan information; ensure compliance with data standards of data governance policies; facilitate decision-making in collaboration with leadership; provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis (30%) Administer SAP MRP Strategic Data, including but not limited to reliability, completeness, and accuracy of data, ensuring SAP reflects efficient supply chain processes; audit and implement data validation processes; train and provide recommendations on SAP MRP tool utilization (25%) Coordinate and compile performance to the annual plan; provide feedback to the business based on current and historical trends; develop strong relationships with business leaders; ensure data-driven and successful Integrated Business Planning process (15%) Provide scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc reporting (15%) Leverage advanced analytics to enhance processes for inventory management, efficient stock levels, and reducing waste; monitor KPIs to uncover trends, identify gaps, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement, driving data-informed decision-making across operations (15%) Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Three (3) years SAP data management/data cleansing initiatives Five (5) years analysis in Inventory Management and/or Planning

Project management, strategic communication, and critical thinking skills Knowledge in change management Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), including pivot tables, complex graphs, and pricing charts Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines through sound project management and prioritization Ability to communicate with others in an effective and concise manner Ability to understand complex technical information and business terms Strong analytical skills in reviewing data to identify trends and opportunities Knowledge of supply chain functions, forecasting tools/software Problem-solving skills, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly Ability to self-motivate and possess independent problem solving Effective relationship building skills and project management skills
Environmental/Working Conditions:
Able to travel up to 20% of the time May work remotely

Usual office and/or plant environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and/or balancing Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office and/or plant machinery/equipment Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone Noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office/plant levels to loud levels due to equipment and/or machinery use
