Reliability General Supervisor 

Barrick is looking for a Reliability General Supervisor to join our Fixed Plant Maintenance team. The primary objectives of this role are Ensure the effective implementation of the reliability management system and operational risk management for Barrick Pueblo Viejo's fixed plant assets, applying engineering methodologies to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and cost-efficiency in support of the strategic objectives of the Fixed Plant Maintenance department.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related careers Bilingual (advanced English Spanish). Preferred. Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) Maintenance Management Systems: Oracle EAM, SAP. Detection Management Systems (RtDuet an advantage) (Preferred). Others: RCA and 5 Why experience etc. (Preferred). Advanced interpretation of technical drawings, reading and interpretation of plans, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits. 5+ years of experience in leadership, project management, or supervisory roles is essential, experience with maintenance reliability essential (preferably in a mineral processing plant or on earthmoving equipment).
