Applicants in the County of Los Angeles: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. + Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. + Experience managing agreements or partnerships. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience with online advertising policy, trust and safety, risk management, or policy enforcement. + Experience in Ad tech. + Knowledge of Google Ad Manager and the digital advertising ecosystem. + Ability to solve complex business problems, drive efficiency, and deliver impact against concrete goals. + Ability to work effectively and build relationships with cross-functional teams. + Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with an evolving product set. In this role, you will advise publishers in both one-on-one and scaled settings on advertising policy and trust and safety best practices. You will leverage a deep understanding of customer needs, Google’s product offerings, and industry trends to bring solutions to market. You will simplify and communicate complex concepts for any audience. You will bring clarity and education to our partners, helping to grow their businesses while shaping Google’s long-term policy strategy. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Serve as a subject matter expert on platform policies, resolving complex enforcement issues and mitigating business risk for our most important publishers. + Advocate for publisher needs by collaborating with Go-to-Market (GTM), Policy, and Trust and Safety teams to influence product and policy roadmaps. + Lead the commercialization strategy for new business generating initiatives that are unblocked by evolving platform policies. + Gather direct customer feedback by working with the Sales team to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy. + Educate partners at scale by developing and delivering webinars and trainings focused on the most significant policy and business opportunities.
