Your Opportunity:

Develop the publication plan

Architect and lead the development of end-to-end publication strategies for assigned product(s)/disease areas, integrating high-level planning and tactical execution in close partnership with cross-functional medical teams.Conduct appropriate analyses (e.g. landscape, situation, gap analyses) to identify unmet publication needs and propose innovative publication initiatives, from the early stage of studies/projects (e.g. synopsis and protocol review).Proactively provide publication insights to medical strategy and to clinical development plans based on the holistic evidence mapping.Drive alignment of publication plan with evidence generation plan and medical plan.

Execute the publication plan

Select and manage external publication agencies to develop timelines and manage the process for development, review, approval and submission of publications.Ensure appropriate reflection of tactical plan and execution process in publication tracking file/dashboard and manage tracking file/dashboard for assigned product(s).Facilitate and oversee generation of planned publication until actual publication.Actively engage in generation of high priority publication.Pro-actively engage in issue identification and resolution and ensure appropriate escalation.Ensure that publication is generated in compliance with company guidelines, SOPs and best practices.Monitor and visualize key publication metrics.Effectively communicate on execution progress.

Strategic Publication Leadership & Expertise

Deliver cutting-edge scientific research intelligence and evidence-based publication direction for designated products/disease areasAdvocate for publication ethics and promote compliance to Good Publication Practice/ICMJE/COPE guidelines among internal and external stakeholders.Establish effective and trusted collaboration mechanisms with Therapeutic Area Experts of studies/projects through recognized publication expertise.

Who you are

Major in Clinical Medicine, Pharmaceutical or life science related subjects.Advanced degree in Science (PhD, PharmD, or MD) strongly preferred.High standard of integrity and be familiar with good publication standards.Deep understanding of scientific research processes and data interpretation.Ability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions to challenges in the publication processAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersBe able to handle technical discussion with fluent EnglishTravel Frequency:
