A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a talented Public Sector Sales Senior Manager in our Mobile eXperience B2B Team to drive the growth of mobile-enterprise solutions within the public sector by developing strategic partnerships and delivering innovative solutions across different government ministries and public/semi-public entities. This role ensures alignment with internal business goals (i.e., internal revenue targets; exposure of different Samsung product/solution offerings) while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector.

Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a sales strategy to penetrate and expand in the public sector market. Define an approach plan to different sectors so as to rapidly expand supportRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and public institutionsLarge-Scale Project Acquisition: Lead sales efforts for major government/public sector projects.Solution Development: Collaborate with external parties at target accounts (from leadership to working level; technical leads) and internal Samsung teams to tailor mobile-enterprise solutions that address specific public sector challenge at handMarket Analysis: Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the public sector to inform strategic decisions.Execution Impact: Own the execution on a specific sales opportunity by effectively managing aspects such a forecasting and securing product/solutions; ensuring internal logistical processes in place for timely execution; and ensuring financial capabilities of channel partners are done such that product can be implemented on time with the end customer Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals and drive continuous improvement.Team Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and develop existing sales account managers to achieve organizational objectives

What You’ll Need

12-13 years of experience in field of enterprise sales; at least 5 years of experience dealing with multiple public-sector entities in UAE (and/or Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar)Bachelor’s degree in relevant fieldProven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in the mobile or technology sectorProven experience in B2G, public sector, or related fieldsStrong understanding of public sector dynamics and procurement processesDeep understanding of B2G trends, competitive landscape, and Government regulationsSales experience in the private sector with a major enterprise entity (e.g. Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Google)Demonstrated achieving revenue targets in complex markets across public sectorExperience in developing and executing strategic sales initiative across public sector entitiesMeaningful connections who can unlock opportunities across different public sector entities and ministriesExposure to Electronics industry is desirable but not requiredArabic-speaking preferred
