Job DescriptionThe Public Relations Manager, China, is responsible for building and managing Minor Hotels’ corporate reputation, media visibility, and brand authority in the China market.
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing & Communications, this role supports the Group’s positioning as a leading international multi-brand hospitality platform, strengthening industry credibility, consumer confidence, and market influence through structured PR strategy, brand partnerships, and media engagement.
The role plays a key function in translating corporate strategy into consistent, high-quality storytelling and public exposure, supporting both brand equity and consumer brand growth.
1. China PR & Media Strategy
Develop and execute a structured PR strategy aligned with China brand and communications objectivesDrive sustained exposure across financial, business, real estate and hospitality mediaBuild and maintain strong relationships with key media, journalists and industry platforms2. Brand Storytelling
