Public Relations & Content Manager

POSITION STATEMENT:
The Public Relations and Content Manager independently manages the hotel’s communication strategy, reporting directly to the Marketing and Communication Manager and working closely with the Digital and Social Media Manager. This hands-on role oversees media relations, content creation, and brand storytelling across all platforms—ensuring consistent messaging, engaging key media and influencers, and driving visibility through strategic campaigns that support business growth and enhance brand reputation.

CORE COMPETENCIES / ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core Purpose: Elevate the hotel’s reputation through strong storytelling, media relations, and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Media Engagement
•    Write press releases (Thai & English), newsletters, and promotional content
•    Host press trips, influencer collaborations, and media events
•    Build and maintain relationships with luxury lifestyle and travel media
•    Manage hotel inspections and reviews with local and international media and influencers
•    Lead crisis communication and act as the point of contact for public relations matters
•    Ensure brand consistency across all public-facing materials
•    Prepare media activity reports and maintain a proactive PR calendar aligned with hotel promotions
Content Strategy & Marketing Communications
•    Oversee the hotel’s content strategy across all platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, LINE Official Account)
•    Plan and manage content creation, scheduling, and publication across internal and external channels (hotel website, IPTV, elevator screens, etc.)
•    Coordinate with design teams to produce marketing collateral and digital assets
•    Create press kits, promotional materials, and storytelling content that reflect the brand’s identity
•    Plan and manage advertising across online and offline media
•    Support internal communications and brand storytelling initiatives
Campaigns & Promotions
•    Develop communication strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions
•    Manage promotions for rooms, dining, and events in collaboration with relevant departments
•    Conduct market research on consumer insights, competitor activity, and industry trends
•    Organize hotel photo and video shoots, including stock shots and influencer content
•    Drive strategies to enhance the hotel’s image and secure industry awards

GROOMING/UNIFORMS    
All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Specific uniform guidelines and/or required articles of clothing will be explained to you as a part of the orientation process.

Qualifications & Competencies
•    Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
•    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
•    Strong writing, communication, and media relations background, with proven ability to craft compelling content in both Thai and English
•    Experience in managing press and influencer engagement, including hosting media events and collaborations
•    Proficiency in content planning, social media management, and digital communications
•    Ability to manage multiple projects independently with attention to detail and brand alignment
•    Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills and brand awareness
•    Knowledge of crisis communication and media handling
•    Familiarity with advertising planning, digital platforms, and basic design coordination
•    Passion for luxury branding and maintaining high standards of presentation and tone
