The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 1 restaurant and 1 signature bar. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. + Ensure meeting rooms, gym areas, lifts, locker rooms, and back-of-house corridors meet hotel hygiene standards. + Support daily restaurant cleanliness and assist the linen room or perform linen porter duties when required. + Conduct deep cleaning tasks, special cleaning projects, and upkeep of upholstery, carpets, and rugs. + Monitor and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment. + Ensure proper care, usage, and storage of all public area equipment and cleaning tools. + Complete guest requests via HoTSoS efficiently and professionally. + Comply with all hotel policies, including lost property, fire safety, security, and health and safety procedures. + Train new colleagues to ensure high standards and consistent performance. + Maintain positive working relationships and deliver friendly, professional service at all times. **About You** You take pride in creating clean, welcoming, and safe environments for both guests and colleagues.
