About the Team

We are expanding our Production-Manufacturing and Assembly team across Sakarya and looking for PU Leader to join us in Sakarya with Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions.

What you can look forward to as PU Leader:

Disciplinary leadership of the production in the production unit (supervisors and teamleads) Leading the Production Unit Management Team Assure and ensure appropriate assets (manpower, equipment / infrastructure and materials) of the production unit are available and deployed to deliver the required and agreed operational performance. Ensure the organization to achieve daily (SFM Process), quarterly and annual (OP/SP) targets. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring a long-term vision for the Production Unit, supported by a detailed roadmap in line with the “ZF PS Way,” with clear links between actions and results. Preparing OP/SP and resource/infrastructure plans with their superior, based on ZF planning cycles. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers, product lines, and other functions for mutual benefit. Leading new product launches and transfers within the Production Unit.

Your profile as PU Leader:

Expertise in Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Operations and related functions. At least 2 years of leadership experience. Competence in transformation and organizational development. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Business and financial management acumen. Results-oriented mindset. In-depth knowledge of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production.
