Your responsibilities:

Oversee the SSC PTP team for the EMEA countries  Oversee day to day operations in the PTP area and support the delivery of services in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs Coordinating regular relationships with local organizations’ representatives (operational calls) Drive process improvement and standardization projects within the team Cooperate with other internal teams  Lead and participate in projects involving PTP​Handle reportingWorkload management​Handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities related to team operationsSupporting and participating in month-end closing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of P2P transactions and reconciliations.Time & attendance managementCoaching, mentoring, and supporting team members in their professional growth and career development

Our requirements:

Professional education, academic degree, or equivalent diploma in Economics, Finance and AccountingExperience in team managementComplete familiarity with Microsoft OfficeProfound knowledge in the use of SAP through proven work experienceExperience in the use of WorkflowVery good command of English (min. B2)Ability to work independentlyAbility to pay close attention to detailsGood communication skillsTeam player, highly motivated, flexibleAbility to work with other cultures
