We Commit. **Your responsibilities:** + Oversee the SSC PTP team for the EMEA countries + Oversee day to day operations in the PTP area and support the delivery of services in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs + Coordinating regular relationships with local organizations’ representatives (operational calls) + Drive process improvement and standardization projects within the team + Cooperate with other internal teams + Lead and participate in projects involving PTP​ + Handle reporting + Workload management​ + Handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities related to team operations + Supporting and participating in month-end closing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of P2P transactions and reconciliations. + Time & attendance management + Coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members in their professional growth and career development **Our requirements:** + Professional education, academic degree, or equivalent diploma in Economics, Finance and Accounting + Experience in team management + Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office + Profound knowledge in the use of SAP through proven work experience + Experience in the use of Workflow + Very good command of English (min.
